Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150; for orders under $150, a standard shipping fee of $10 applies.
Returns
As a small business, we happily accept exchanges for different scents only. To be eligible for an exchange, candles must be in their original packaging and show no signs of being lit. In the unfortunate event of a candle being damaged during shipping, we will promptly exchange it for a new product at no cost to you.
All return requests must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Ensure that all returned items are in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. Please note that gift cards and discontinued items are considered FINAL SALE.
For your convenience, requesting a return label is simple. Just send an email to info@freshorganizedliving.com with your order number in the subject line. We will respond within 48 hours, providing you with your return shipping label.
